I'm sure this has been covered before, but I can't remember.

Is nausea a symptom of fibro? Or could this be a side effect of amitriptyline? I'm only at 10mg, but ever since my doctor upped my dose, I've had nausea on a few days. This is usually along with an increase in my facial pain with pressure in the temples. Thank you!

Nausea is a side affect of amitriptyline, from what I could see so that could be causing the problem.

I get nauseated and am on no meds. I just had a egd done and everything was fine. The gasto said it could be stomach spasm or from IBS

I am one of those fmers that cannot handle meds, the side effects are as bad as the pain.

What's given me the most nausea over the years has been either reflux or hormone replacement.

Oh well, we'll have to see where this one takes me now I guess! The last time I felt like this I was pregnant, lol. I KNOW that's not it this time! Thanks for the replies :)
