Karen, I will get a little lightheadedness occasionally. I haven't fallen from those instances but I'm really careful. I have osteoporosis and do not want to break any bones so I'm a little more cautious when moving around.
It sounds like a very painful fall. I hope you will feel better in a hurry!
Karen, like I said in the past, do we have to wrap you in padding with duct tape all over your body to protect you!!???
That would be a good one for trick or treating tonight with the grandkids. You can go all padded up with your duct tape and when someone asks you what your costume is, you can say "an accident waiting to happen"
All kidding aside, how are you this morning? How is your head?
I thought I was the klutz of the family, but you win this one! I am constantly tripping or stumbling over something (or sometimes nothing). I lose my balance a lot-sometimes I just start to tip over for no reason. I thought it might be because I'm so top heavy, LOL But, it's not like I'm dizzy or anything. I'm having horrible fibro fog (is it worse because it's cold?). I call it CRS-you know, Can't Remember....Stuff (not quite the word I use, but I thought I'd play it 'G' for now).
Anyway, I hope you feel better. If the pain gets too bad, please go to the ER. Of course, then you'll have to go through defending your illnesses and convince them you're not drug seeking. Oh, you can always try some Tylenol.
Seriously, feel better and let Jay take care of you!
