Oh my Gosh,
Last night, i was sitting there minding my own business, and my finger did a jig all on its own, it wasnt just a little muscle twitch, it was a full out, movement. It kind of freaked me out. It happened several times after that even when I went to bed. Then when I did go to bed, my leg started twitching big time, and again it wasnt just a little twitch.
Today, several of my muscles are twitching like that, my arms and legs, as well as my fingers and toes, all feel numb and heavy like, almost rubbery......
Not really sure what this might be caused from, but a little concerned, as i sit here and type, my arm is falling asleep big time, and its real heavy, what the heck is this, or could it be? Has anyone ever experienced this? P.s. I also have the shakes
and yes I have eaten, im eating right now.
Thank you in advance

Kelly, I have heard of muscle spasms with fibro but not like your describing. This might be one to run by your doc. I get tingling in my feet and have had some in my hands lately.

luv and hugs
