So typically most of my pain occurs throughout the day - I don't often wake up with the stiffness and soreness that most everyone on here talks about.
Until this morning. I woke up and my entire body hurt. I felt like I hadn't slept at all - or rather like I had slept an entire week on just a box. (Well - I do sleep on a dorm bed...but still they aren't that bad.)
NOW I know what you guys are talking about with the morning stuff. Of course though I woke up late so I had a half hour to get to class where of course I had a presentation to do. So I wake up and am first off shocked because I can barely move - which I say to my boyfriend as he tries to pry me away from my warm bed (I am NOT a morning person). Since I am often playfully whiny in the morning about having to get up and out of my bed and away from my many blankets he playfully grabbed me by the arm and pulled me out of bed and into a standing position......as my body starting screaming at me. Not wanting Tom to know that he had just sent my body into the most pain I'd felt in a week I sucked it up waited til he left to get dressed then promptly let the pain show. Holy crap that hurt....

There really isn't much of a point to this story other than that: holy crap that hurt.

Oh yeah - teacher wasn't there. Class dismissed.

poor kid. I have a daughter in college too, and she gets really upset when a professor pulls a stunt like that. She says, I'm paying them they better show up and teach me good!

I hope tomorrow is a better day for you!

Leeriesan, did you do anything the night before that could have made you more sore in the morning or do you think it was just Tom pulling you out of bed???

I swear our bodies know what the temp is outside even when we are nice and warm in our beds and they react to the outside temp not the inside temp.

I got up to gloomy rain again this morning and even though it is 52 out my body hurts all over but I have put my body through more this week than usual.

I hope you don't have any outside plans this weekend Leeriesan, it's not looking good for us.

Use lots of moist heat and feel better soon.

luv and hugs
Marlee
