Does anyone else get pain right under your should blade when you sneeze? It's really tender. Is it because there is a tender point there?

I do. When I sneeze sometimes I'll have shooting pains there for minutes afterwards.

Pain in the shoulder blades all the time. (I have to try hard not to pee my pants when I sneeze!)

Me three.

It seems like the older I get, the harder it is.

LOL...

much harder, yes,

When we combine fibromyalgia and getting older we feel a lot of our body parts plus we run to potty!

My shoulder blades are always sore and feel like they are being pulled in different directions but I've not noticed sneezing causing pain but I'm not sure I would notice.

Me too Marlee. Hurts all the time. Maybe some ergonomics would help. I have to remember all the time not to hold my shoulders up near my ears. I am driving now with hands lower on the steering wheel, so my arms are not up so high.

Maybe those things would help,
Sue

I too have the shoulder blade pain. It started when the chest pain started. I didn't know if the two were related or not... I find myself stretching up and back to try to relieve some of that pain and it causes popping in my chest and in my upper back. My neck also hurts me more than it ever has in the past which contributes to a LOT of headaches. I also have shortness of breath and find myself taking a deep breath to try to "catch up". Wondering if this is caused by some kind of inflammation in the lungs maybe??

The stomach problems are becoming progressively worse and I'm not sure what to take to help alleviate the pain and bloating that I have been experiencing... Any suggestions??
