I just read this short article about how Michael J. Fox is handling his life with Parkinson's Disease.  He is really inspiring so I thought I would share this with you.  This is the way we have to face fibro and it does work!  Hope you enjoy this like I did.

Waiting for appointment with rheumy (March 2009) to get an official dx. waiting, waiting, waiting....

this is so inspirational-thank you so much for sharing it!

i really loved the way he said he asks his kids every day "so who's going to choose to have a good day today?!"..i even tried this on my own kids this morning. 'course their answers were grumbles and grouchy looks-but i'll be working on 'em! :) i just really love looking at happiness as a choice, regardless of what you go through on a daily basis.

Thanks Sherrine. It took me a long time after getting fibro to get to the point where I realized that I had a choice each day in how I would think and it could either be positive or negative it was up to me. Granted it is not always easy and there are days when it is hard to find the positive through the pain and fatigue but I continue to work on it.
