Have you been to your doctor? I'm wondering if you might have Gout? Are you dehydrated? Gout is a build up of uric acid that loves to attack the toes (the big toes). It's fairly common and usually treated with additional hydration and sometimes steroids. I've had one Gout attack in my life and it was awful!
I hope you get your answers quickly!
