I have Lupus, Fibro, Raynauds and Sjogrens. I tested high positive for Sjogrens but I don't have a lot of symptoms like dry mouth or eyes. I can go for 12 hours easily with my contacts in. No need for eyedrops. So I don't know what's up with that!
Just because your blood tests are negative for lupus now, doesn't mean you don't have it. There are lots of people who have false negative blood work. The fact that you have this rash on your cheeks is something to monitor. If you can, take a picture of it.
Keep a close account of all your symptoms. Even stuff that might not seem to matter. I hope this helps!
