Oh its starting out to be one of those days I came into the office turned on the computer and went out to get my coffee could not find my cup so got another cup, went back to the office and my first cup was on te desk. I keep checking myself because I have made more mistakes typing than a little. I was watching TV last night and they were up high and on top of the empire state building I am terrified of heights, It was if I was up there. My heart started racing my legs started shaking I started sweating, I had to talk my self out of this horrible fear that was not even mine.Like ok its only TV. Has this ever happened to any one else. And why the heck did it happen, Is it a side effect of the lyrica I want to get to the bottom of this.
I have to go to work now and I feel like I got hit by a bus. My legs and feet hurt so baaaddd.

hey girl...sorry you are having a bad day.  Sometimes I think the Fog is worse than the pain.  Yesterday, I made spaghetti, put the strainer on the counter top instead of in the sink, and poured the hot water and noodles in it...then after cleaning up the mess, took the hot pain of sauce and set that on the counter too, without something under it.  And as far as typing goes...I have to spell check about a million times because after I read what i wrote, it looks dyslectic.  I know it wears you out.  As we speak, I just looked at the table and I have THREE cups of tea that I have started since I got up.

Oh...I can hardly watch house anymore because when he goes into the symptoms of all these horrible diseases, I think I have them all.  It used to be my favorite show and now I break out in a sweat!

feel better...make it through the can do it!

I know what show you were watching, I think. Was it csi New York? I got the same feeling when I was watching it. I didn't want them to look down.

It sounds like both of you are suffering from a little bit of anxiety. I think that goes along with the fibromyalgia. Sometimes anyways.

I am going Christmas shopping with a friend today. I don't get out much so I am a little anxious about it. Wondering if I will be able to handle it.

Isn't fibromyalgia so much fun? Not...

I hope that you both have a wonderful day today.

Luv and hugs, Karen
