I have poor posture and when I sit I round my shoulders forward also. It is from pain- I have had arthritis in my neck for years now and it is such a bad habit to break! My Physical Therapist has worked with me on this and I have to really think about it everyday to keep my back straight and my head up.
It is zero degrees here this morning, Brrrrrrrr! And the cold affects me awful! It would be nice if we could just stay indoors and hibernate but I know that is not an option.
