I actually heard mention of it on a radio talk show today so went looking for info. Studies date back to 2005-2006 so it's strange the info hasn't spread.
I found D-Ribose at one of the online health stores here in Canada so have already ordered some. The recommended dose on the bottle is 1 teaspoon 3x a day which is what the study I linked to above used. Looks like the supplement manufacturers knew about this even if we didn't :)
I'll try it for a month and report back then if not sooner.
