I have only been up for two hours.  So far...let's see.  I poured my dogs two big bowls of water for their breakfast.  They just stood there, staring at their dishes...so I tell the hubby they must not like the new dog food I bought them. Duh, and more duh.

Then I went to put another log in the woodstove.  I opened the door and all these hot, flaming hunks of wood fell out all over the slate which set off the fire alarm and my dog who is still staring at her delicious bowl of water peed a river across the rug.  (the noise scares her).  I started to scrape up the coals with a shovel and backed up onto a plate that my hubby had put on the floor for the dogs to lick.  It was syrup from the pancakes he ate.  My slipper stuck to it..like glue.  I had to drop the shovel and physically pull my foot out of the slipper and peel it off the plate.  I then put the sticky dish in the dishwasher that I had already run when I got up.

I am going to clean up the pee, then go back to bed.  I am very very dangerous today!

hugs

Donna, I am so sorry your day started off like this! I have to admit though that I did snicker and shake my head.

I have days that start off like that. I had an order for a cake last night and i was too tired to do it at a normal hour, so I stayed up all night baking and now I have to go back to the kitchen and work. I am praying that I can hold my 2 brain cells that are left together for the remainder of my work day!

I have been trying to put dirty dishes all over the place in the kitchen....... the trouble is that it isn't anywhere near where they should go in the sink!

Fibro fog, you have to laugh to keep from crying. Just try to put the parking lights on so that others are warned of our state of mind. LOL

And how does this morning differ from any other morning in your life Donna??? I haven't moved yet this morning except to go potty. I'm sitting here with my heater on me and my to do list in front of me and I'm so sore I don't want to move anything but my fingers to type and some of them are even sore. smhair   I must look like a Buddha statue sitting here. It's 12 degrees out which is higher than yesterday morning.

It's almost 11 and I guess this list isn't going to do itself so I'm going to have to move.

I hope you did manage to feed the poor dogs something besides water.

I hope when you get up the second time things goes better.

luv and hugs

Donna, I have to say that your life can be a comedy of errors!  The gift wrapping story was another frustrating moment for you.  When it rains it pours, doesn't it.  Have you watched that new t.v. show called "Worst Week"?  It's pretty funny, and some of your stories could easily be a part of that show. LOL.  I know it's not funny to experience and it makes your life painful and hard to manage.  I'm just impressed by your humor and how you tell your stories.  You could write a book.

I hope your day gets better, enjoy your rest,

Blessings,
Ginny

Hey...Sherrine found them on Amazon.com. under d.v.robbins.  They carry them locally around here but book shelf life is mighty short so a book store would have to order them.  yeah...they are satircal humor.  I couldn't write a sentence now if I had to.  I tried to sue one of the publishers for Life and Love in the Paradise Lounge so I don't know what he's done with the book, or if it's still available. At least I got to keep the advance!  Oh well...

thanks for the interest!

hugs and I hurt like ....heck, Sherrine!
