I feel silly that I didn't even properly introduce myself lol. I see a couple newer members who did right away. I apologize!
My name is Jenna, I'm only 21 years old, and I was recently married!! I was diagnosed with Fibro a little bit ago. I also pop in a little bit to the Bipolar Disorder forum because I have suffered with that all my life.
I would like to learn healthy coping skills and try to get myself better instead of being so pessimistic about everything that has happened to me or is happening to me as you read this.
Everyone seems so nice here and I thank you all again for your love and support!!
Sorry I didn't do this sooner.

Hi Jenna,

I think that when I became a member that I did the same thing. I don't think that I ever did introduce myself actually and I have been here for over a year. So don't feel silly, just feel welcome.

Every once in a while I post this link. It's the story of a woman with fibro and CFS and 100 tips she gives for dealing with fibro over the years. It's quite informative - I check it every once in a while to make sure I haven't missed anything: http://www.fms-help.com/contents.htm

Hopefully you may find something there that might help you.

Hi Jenna and Welcome!

What a nice name! That is my 7 mos. old granddaughter's name- :-)

Don't feel silly, I don't think there is really a right or wrong way to do things here.

I read about your fibro fog and it can get real scary! Now, I can handle it when my body does not work how it should, but when the brain is not working, I can't handle that because you can't do anything. This is what we are here for, to get you through those rough times! It will end, I promise you. How are you doing today?

Hi GamJill! And thank you for your welcome and kindness!! And I do like my name too!=]

And yes, I would say that the fog may be the hardest thing for me to cope with right now, I've actually been okay the past few days!!! Thank you for asking! How are you doing???

Hi Jenna-

Glad to hear your doing OK- I don't have any fog, thank goodness! I notice that when my stress levels are off the charts is when I get it. :(

Hi Jenna, I also just joined and didn't introduce myself either, spose I should have huh? I'll blame it on the fibro mindlessness! I actually do have manners, just didn't even think of it. New to the computer to, have typing skills I learned in the stoneage, highschool. Graduated in 1970. Yes we did have school back then, haha! So sorry to all about no intro, just stupidity! Lucy
