I awake, the bones in my feet feel they will break,
MY calves and thighs continue to ache.
I take my morning pills for some respite,
but dread the arfo into the night.
Now I have all the above, but my back spasms with the lightest of touch,
and the shoulder and neck pain  I just cant fight.
Its just another day in fibro, just once I wish it would be alright
but at least I have this fabulous site.

to all sufferers hope your feeling ok.          sue2z :-) :-) :-)

Awww...Sue, that's beautiful, in a sad way. It does let the reader feel what you are feeling. I hope others will share thoughts too. When I'm more awake I'll try and add a few lines....nighty night!

The mornings surely are hardest of all. I awake to a body screaming for attention. Alas, today I don't have any pain meds, doctor's appt. tomorrow. So I have to fumble through, somehow. If I can just get through today and half of tomorrow, then it will be sort of all right. I have to be creative and resourceful. I am allowed amyltriptilene but that knocks me out. So somehow I'll try to find my way through.

Thanks so much, I just hoped that some of the symptoms others went through and could relate to in a slightly light hearted way.

Only a fellow fibromite could say it so well.  :-)   Thanks for expressing what I feel every day.
