Im sorry to hear of you in pain. I totally understand! My fibro has been controlled mostly...but I had a reaction when I gave blood and its caused flu-like symtoms... Im hurting ALL over...my neck is KILLING me...everything... Im sorry, I hate to complain, but couldnt help it!

Lets hope that tomorrow will bring less pain and more peace!

Wow, it does sound overwhelming!

Try to take some time to do something nice just for you. Maybe a warm bath, or some deep breathing while you rub your favorite lotion on your hands or feet. Relax and watch a favorite movie. Call a friend or family member. Have a good cry. Just sit and slowly breath. Curl up under your favorite blanket and watch old TV shows.

Do whatever it is that would usually make you feel better.

I'm sorry you feel so bad. It seems like everything is hitting you at once.

I am so sorry for the pain and stress you are going through right now. I wish I could make everything better for you! I know it is hard to relax when you are in pain, but that's what you need to do. Maybe a nice warm bath & a nice cup of tea?

Are you taking anything for pain? I hope you have something to at least work a bit for you. The flu is going around our area right now & about all you can do is keep warm and let it go it's course. Hot tea, chicken soup, etc. will make you feel a bit better.

They always say it comes in threes and in your case it did. I am sorry about your relationship. I hope things work out alright for you. Please take care of yourself and try to forget about everything else.

Feel free to holler anytime you need to talk!

Hugs!!!    Margie

P.S.   Your purple did come through!!

Hello 2Tired,

I'm in tears for you right now. MS and Fibro? Can I tell you that I'm sending you a cyber hug right now? Not a bear hug (cuz that would hurt!), but a gentle-I-care kind of hug. I have multiple AI diseases too. It almost seems too unreal to have to live with it all doesn't it. I just want you to know I understand, as much as I'm able.

Not sure if you are a spiritual person, but if you would like someone to pray for you, or with you, just let me know okay.

Blessings,
Ginny

Hi 2tired. My favorite color too. The relationship falling apart might be behind everything else. That has to be sooo stressful on you and stress causes fibro to be worse. I truly hope you can work things out. Best of luck and I hope it all gets better. You know we are here for you.

luv and hugs

2tired, I am so sorry for your pain & suffering.  I wish I could take part of it from you for awhile, to give you some relief, but that's not possible, I know.  I hope things level out for you.  Dealing with more then one illness is so hard & then to have relationship problems on top of it is just too much.  I have found that when I am flaring I can't seem to say anything that I want to say.  It sounds right in my head but then when I say it, it falls like a rock into the middle of the mess that is my life.  I try to not deal with major problems in my relationships if I am flaring or in a fog.  I need to stay calm & just let things go because I will not be able to fix anything & will only make my flares & problems worse.  It is hard to let things go but I've found that it is possible to put them in a box & up on a shelf until I feel up to talking about it.  That also gives me time to meditate on it & see if it is really something that I need to address.  I have been surprised at the number of things I just don't bother with.  There are problems, of course, that have to be address right now when if you are in the middle of the "flare of the year".  But still just try to remain calm, or calmer, so you can think.  Emotions seem to block our ability to reason & think straight.  I hope things will get better for you & you will find some peace & some happiness as well.  Many warm & gentle hugs, Denise

I'm sorry you are going through this.  I think Marlee is right.  The stress of the relationship is making your pain greater.  Once you get that straightened around you should feel better pain-wise.

Meanwhile come here and vent. That does help a lot, too.  We've all had those times in our lives and it definitely is not fun.  I'll keep you in my prayers.

I know how much it hurts, inside and out. Take some deep breaths and rest.
