Just wanted to let everyone know that prayers have been answered again.  We got our electricity back about 10:00 last night.

Gosh it feels good!!!!! I forget about how good we have it.  It really makes you appreciate the good things around you.

Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts for us.  I love you everyone.

God Bless!
Shannon

Congratulations!  This is such good news!  It is amazing what we take for granted.  I definitely would not have made a good pioneer woman!  turn

By the way, I didn't edit your post but I did put in a subject line.

Yay!  That has to be a relief.

Maybe I should rethink the generator thing.

Hooooray for YOU!!!! I've been thinking about you everyday hoping you'd get your power back soon!!
LOL... OK... how many times did you go to turn the lights on while you were out of power. I know how it is.. even though we know darn well the lights won't go on we still hit the switch when we go in or out of a room.
Glad you're warm and cozy again!!!

Shannon,

I am so happy that you got your power back on. I know how it is not to have power. You don't realize how much you take for granted until you lose power. When we lose power, we lose our water too. And you really miss it.

Best wishes,

Hugs, Karen

Sherrine, thanks for editing the topic for me.  I knew the minute that I posted it that I had forgotten the title but it was too late when I clicked.

I usually fill out the topic first, but the last time I did that I couldn't use my green color for my message, so I meant to type the message first and then go back, but you know how that dang old fog is..........

BTW, can you tell me the easiest way to post a photo?  I was going to send everyone a photo of what it looked like in our yard.  It's unbelievable.

God Bless!

woo hooo SHannon!!! Like Karen, we have also experienced loss of hydro for days at a time, which included water loss as well. I'm glad you have yours back, and I hope the rest of your state gets back on its feet again, really soon!!

That is great Shannon!!! Ken nor I either one are into roughing it, we probably would have each other driven crazy if we went that long without power.

Oh guess you have to go back to work now huh???

Right now we have been told we won't go back to school until Wednesday and then that depends on how many people are still without power.

You know how schools are.  They loose to much money if a lot of students are absent, so I just have to wait and see.
