Happy Valentines Day everyone!!!!!

ok the strange part=the hubby left his cell phone as he does most days when he is working so I can use it but this morning its chirping and I checked for the messege and it said it was a video messege from Kaitlyn his new hire but someone he worked with years ago somewhere else.  So it showed 2 stick figures with one handing the other a valentine with a sad face saying this is all I have........so called the hubby up and was like ***!!!  he sounded truly puzzled but it was from Kaitlyn and she has a strange sense of humor anyways and knowing her she was trying to get him in hot water.  She is this lil short sh&t that works for Jay married with 2 kids and is on friendly terms with me.

Now the funny part=Jay has been asking me for days what I want for V-day (hellooooooo dont ask just come up with something!!) and I keep telling him nothing.  You know the whole I dont pull my share dont deserve nothing feeling,so he goes I have 30 bucks how bout a dozen roses and that was when I started laughed hystericaly hehehaha my bad I know.  I had to remind him on this day he is not getting a dozen roses for no 30 bucks but then a light bulb went off in his head idea he said how bout tomorrow we both go over to the hardware store and pick out some pretty spring flowers for your pots on the front porch!!  bingoooooo give the man a prize, perfect suggestion!!!  something I can enjoy everyday when I come home and he said he would help me plant them....double bingo!!!!  now just gots to figure out that message, oh I can mess with him alot over that <eg>something I am sure Kaitlyn was hoping for to put him in the hot seat lol she cracks me up,lil tiny 4'9" lady whos 4 yr old is all the way up to her arm pit already!!! she can hardly see the customers during work!!  anywho..........hope everyone has a nice day!!  I am spending the day with my brother and cant wait to see what goodies he is bringing mom and I(he always does)

Hi Karen!

Aww..what a great idea your hubby had!! That is so awesome-why spend the $ on flowers that will die in a week when you can get something more permanent for your yard?! Perfect!

As for the message-I get that it's all in good fun and this lady is just messing around, but maybe you should kindly suggest to her that perhaps Valentine's Day isn't the best day to send a message like that to YOUR hubby?! tongue
love and hugs

I like the idea of the flower for the pots!! Execellent!!  It snowed here today so that wouldn't work here.  Ground is too cold to plant anything.

As for the cell phone thing... hmmmm, I wouldn't be too thrilled with it even it was a joke.  but I never look at hubby's cell phone stuff, I know in my heart he has nothing to hide but it would upset me if I saw something like that.  Good thing you're so understanding.. LOL.. but milk it if you can.. devil

Happy day!!

Since you posted this I have pondered the message on your husband's phone. I think she is up to 100% no good, and I agree perhaps you can ask her not to send those type messages. I see nothing innocent about it- it sounds like textbook trouble to me. Some bad witchy women don't know when to leave well enough alone and have zero respect for good relationships. I want to ring her neck and she didn't even send it to my hoosband LOL Stay cool, sister- your chance will come one day soon, when you encounter her at a store and find an opportunity to rain on her parade.

Oh, live flowers are far more satisfying to have around. Enjoy them.
