Ginseng?? Anybody??

Hi Fibro-Folks!!
Quick question... Does anyone here take Genseng and if so, how does it work for you??

Patti, what a good question..

It is just about wonderful for everything but I think it takes time to saturate the tissues and make a difference. I have a problem with sticking with things over a long period but am definitely going to rethink ginseng. Hopefully we will hear some thoughts on it.

You can even make ginseng tea!!! Foremost I think of it for stress, WHTASHATT!!!!

I would talk it over with my doctor and pharmacist before I would take it in supplemental form.  Here is a link about it.

JoKat - that's why I bought one of those pill organizers - but I keep forgetting to fill it. :) !!
Still learning how to manage my Fibromylagia, and all the lovely gifts it brings.   
I had severe spinal stenosis, had fusion done on C5-7, and my life has changed.
