Ouch, Ouch, Ouch! cry
I'm not having a good morning.  I woke up to many times last night and woke up to the feeling of being hit real hard in the middle of my back.  Even my buns are hurtin', sittin' on them.  Every bump in the road on the way to work hurt.  My dh drives us to work, he is sensitive to me about the bumps so he slows way down, but ya can't totally avoid them all.  I had to use my neck pillow in the truck this a.m. as well, haven't done that in awhile. sad
I've taken my pain meds...waiting for a little relief and can't wait for my first break so I can lay down and close my eyes for a few.  It' 8:30 my time right know.
Thanx for "listening".

Hi Lori,

I am so sorry that you are having such a painful day today. I hope that it gets better and that your pain medications start to work for you. It is hard when you can't be at home taking it easy when you have pain. Maybe a little stretching would help you. Maybe you should check out Sherrine's stretching exercises on fibro101. They actually can be done while sitting in a chair.

Either way, I hope that you feel better soon. Hopefully when you can home, you can relax and feel better. I hope that the pain subsides.

Take care, have a wonderful day

Hugs, Karen

(((soft gentle hugs back at cha, Lori)))

I had exactly the same problem last night.  I rolled over and almost shot out of bed and dug my claws into the ceiling.  It was EXTREMELY painful and I even cried out in pain... I'm not sure which woke me up first the shouting or the pain.  But the rest of the night was worthless.  And I was having a REALLY good day yesterday, today, well not so good. (darn it!!)

I'm so sorry you're having a bad day.  I hope your meds kick in soon and you get some relief.  It's really tough to make it through the day when you're in a lot of pain.  But its great that you have a place to lay down for a few at work.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know I'll be thinking about you and hope you're feeling better SOON!!!

Take care,

I know how you feel too.  I went to the store for one small item, saw a fifty pound bag of dog food on sale and bought it.  Getting it in the car...owwy.  Now I'm useless for the rest of the day.

Aw Binki,
I'm sorry you are having a hard time today. Take it easy if you can and don't push yourself. Maybe a warm bath will help when you get home.
