My mother just gave me an amazing book> it is called " Food that helps in the battle of Fibromyalgia". The recipes seem to be really good, trying a couple tonight. And the information is also very useful. thought I would pass this along for others trying to change eating habits. It even has a couple chocolate recipes, yummy.

I am so loving the food!!! fun and easy to cook. I made ginger chicken, spinach avocado salad and mashed califlower, not in the book but one of my low cal faves.

I used cauliflower and orzo wheat rice, the cauliflower needs to be a tad over cooked to get mushy. I added chives, garlic, goat cheese, parm cheese made of goats milk, parsley. soy milk and no salt butter. I can't have any cow products. You need to really mush it, I used my hand mixer because I have no strength for a potatoe masher. If you want amounts I will try and remember for you. You can also use barley instead of the orzo rice.
good luck.
