LeeAnn, good for you. It should get easier as time goes on. I think boredom is one of our biggest problems. I know I eat out of boredom. Hang in there. Diane

LeeAnn,

Good for you LeeAnn.  I know it is hard & it does give a boost of sorts to play.  I have the same problem with food.  Pretty much like when I quit smoking, like a caged lion, pacing & walking around looking for something but nothing fits or helps.  Time will help & you will break the habit so hang in there you are doing great. It takes 21 times or days (depending on the habit) to break it.  Hugs, Denise

You go girl!  I go to the casino out of boredom once a week with friends so I know what you are going through.  It makes me forget the pain etc for a couple of hours.  And sometimes I win...which I guess is a bad thing because then I think it will happen every time I go.  Recently, I have be going with only my free play and thru way money. Leave debit cards etc at home so I'm not tempted.  I still have fun!

Good for YOU LeeAnn!!!  Keep up the good work!!  YOU CAN DO THIS!!! yeah

I hear ya on the boredom thing.  I was doing pretty well with not getting too bored for the past few months, but lately its been getting to me a little bit.  I almost started a topic on boredom but I haven't for some reason.  I think being bored is a real struggle sometimes.  LOL... when I left my job all I wanted was to be bored for a change, since I worked so many hours and was so wiped out when I left.  It took a while .. but it is now official .. I'm getting bored.  Since I don't have much of an income now, it makes it hard to find things to fill my time.  I can only clean so much, without it hurting too much or wearing me out.  I play some computer games and do crossword puzzles and soduko.  My hands are a big issue so doing crafts is painful... Sigh!!!

I'm really proud of you!!!!

Warm hugs!!
