I found myself talking to my feet and asking them why they betray me, so I wrote a little letter and called it "a conversation with my feet and legs."  I have not appreciated my body for all it can do and have tried to force it into a skinnier more acceptable size.  Now I have vowed to appreciate and love my feet and legs and treat them with respect.  Writing the letter was therapuetic.

I think that it is good to write things down like that. As you said therapeudic. And it seems to help us to feel a little bit better.

Have a wonderful day

I think that's a wonderful thing to do! I was just reading a book the other day that was talking about how we need to appreciate the parts of our bodies that are working properly and send loving kindness to the parts that are giving us trouble. So true for us fibromites! I think I will try the letter writing thing myself.
