sad  I am feeling pretty crappy with this gunk in my head.  It sounds liking I'm weezing when I breath out hard, like when I laugh.  But I don't have a fever or sore throat, but I can tell my glands in my neck are swollen.  I've been a good girl, using my nasal rinses and taking all the usual nasal decongestants and some expectrant.

I had a cleaning lady come last weekend and do my whole house, including windows :-) .  First time ever for me.  I was so happy! smilewinkgrin    I thought maybe all the dust, pet dander, etc. got to my nose and thats why I have this gunk.  As for the cleaning lady, I wish I could do often, but I can't afford it.  Maybe just one month here and there.

Well I guess I'll see what happens over the weekend.

Take it easy all,
Hugs,

It sounds like it could very well be allergies, I get them a lot from dust and dander. Try an over the counter allergy medication. If you haven't already. Tavist is good and so is clariton. If you haven't already tried, it might just be that it has to run it's course.

Best of luck to you.
Have a great day.

Lori, my allergies are rearing their ugly heads as well. Closed up all winter with the dust & pet dander is a killer. If your Pharmacy still carries Loradadine D or Sudafed D that will kick it. My Pharmacy carries it behind the counter & I have to sign for it but I have found nothing to compare. Bummer, that they were used to make Meth & so those of us who need it can't always find it. A lot of Pharmacies just don't sell it at all. I have been having alot of vertigo, do you get vertigo? I hate it cause it also makes me nauceus. Take a pan of hot water & breath in the steam, tent your head under a towel. I use this when I get really bad. I hope the sun will be shining & windows will be opened soon. Take care, Denise

I too am in allergy hell. Dizzy, can't breath. I can not take any allergy meds so it most often goes right to a sinus infection. My face feels like it was hit by a baseball bat. Not fun at all.

Well ladies, I think this weekend I'm gonna have a allergy med party!

I've got sudafed(behind the counter goods), flonase(spray), musinex DM, nasal rinses, Ibruprophen and lots and lots of water.

Also, their will be a movie show, comfy blankets and pillows, a couple of recliners and a couch. I think I'll ban my cat from my lap for now.

Got any other suggestions? Can't wait til I get home now. 4 more hours......

No see, I have this virus but things are beginning to blossom here. This means that as soon as I let down my guard when I feel better, hay fever season will arrive.

Oi vey.
