"Hope is like a bird that senses the dawn and carefully starts

Patti,

I truly like this quote. Especially at this time of year. The birds are moving in due to the early spring. And yes, they sing early.

There are many ways to interpret this quote, and it does make a lot of sense in a human way. I am so happy that you posted it.

Have a great day today. I hope that you can hear the birds singing.

Thanks Karen, I'm a big bird watcher/lover.  I always enjoy those first few songs before dawn as I doze in and out of sleep.  Its funny how much people enjoy those first songs of early spring and by summer the chorus is so loud that sometimes you just have to close the window to catch a couple extra zzz's.

Happy Monday!! :-)

Panda I made it home. Thanks for the well wish. WE didn't get in until midnight so needless to say I am hurting today. Flying has become very hard for me.

Anyway, you know how I LOVE my birds so that quote just warmed me all over.

I laughed so hard at your reply to the "man thing". You break me up.

Hope you are doing very well....Patsie

turn   Awww, thanks Patsie Pal!!!  Glad you made it home safe and sound (well ok at least safe.. I don't know how "sound" we fibromites are.. LOL)  I sent the "man cold" video around to my girl friends (and even the husband.. all I got from him on it was a grunt) But my girlfriends LOVED it!! Too funnnnny!! hahahah, I'm still chuckling over it.  Danielle ROCKS!!! :)

Glad I could brighten up your day, Austen!!

I have a canary (Simon), you should hear him sing.. OMG!!  It must be because the other birds are outside singing and he's singing back.. it's just delightful.. (drives hubby nuts when he's trying to watch TV, but I LOVE it)

Happy Springtime Hugs!!

I loved your quote, Patti.  Perhaps hope for the birds is that they get to the birdfeeder before the squirrels do!  LOL

LOL.. Sherrine, I feed the squirrels too.. but they get fed out in the front yard where the dogs can't get them.  I feed them the left over parrot food (from Cheech, my killer Conure.. you know the one that was biting Marlee at your party a few weeks ago), there's lots of peanuts and sunflower seeds in there... I'm doing my part to recycle and re-use when it comes to the critters.  Darn squirrels completely ate the top off of one of my bird feeders last year.. so I give them their own now.
