Hi everyone. As a lot of you know, I recently went through Xanax withdrawal. Well, I feel that has ended, but I am still not too well. I keep getting sick in the mornings. I am going to take a pregnancy test, but I really don't think that is what is going on with me. I really don't know what it could be, medically, if anything. Is it just nerves messing with me physically? I just don't know...

Tiki-

Not a bad idea to check to see if your pregnant if your still getting sick in the mornings. I know you don't have ins. right now, but if your not pregnant is there anyway possible that you can get in to see a Dr? Any free clinics that you are aware of? Or is this something they can bill you for? I know stress and nerves can do alot to our bodies, but would just like you to be checked out.

Tiki,

Well, I'm glad to hear that your Xanax withdrawals seem to be over, but am concerned that you're still getting sick. If you are pregnant, you should automatically qualify for Medicaid (at least that's how it is here in Michigan-not sure where you are?) If you're not PG, hopefully there is a health department or free/low cost clinics near you. You definitely need to get checked out!

I hope you get to feeling better-please keep us posted on how you're doing.

I just took a test, and I am not PG. I don't have insurance. There are no free clinics in my area. I owe $35 before I can see a doc again, and then I have to pay a little on that visit as well. We are kind of broke right now. So I don't know what to do. I just got another ER bill today and it is close to $400, so I am in a pickle right now. I just don't know what to do. I agree that I need to be checked out, but I don't see how I can. My insurance is in the re-certification process, so I don't know what is going on there. I pray that I get it back soon.

I had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I talked to the medicaid people, and they processed our stuff and it is in the final stage, so we should have all our benefits back in a few days. How awesome is that? It is a miracle, an answer to my prayers. Hopefully I will be able to go to the doctor next week and get some stuff straightened out. Keep that in your prayers please. Thanks.

Oh Tikikitty that's great news, getting your medicaid back!!! HOOOORAY for YOU!!!  I'm so glad!!  I've been saying my prayers for you (and I'm sure plenty of the other folks on the site have been doing the same).

Just wanted to tell you how happy I am and I hope you can get to the doctor soon!!  I also wanted to let you know that I'm happy you're doing a little better with the xanax issue.

Take care,

Patti

I am anxious to get my medicaid back as well. I want to get to the doctor and the dentist. I want to take my son to his ear specialist. Plus, next month, he is due for his 18 month old shots. I am happy things are finally being taken care of.
I am feeling better today. I was able to sleep in, and I haven't gotten sick today. That makes me very happy. Things like that just hit me randomly right now. It could have something to do with stress.
