yeah It is very difficult for me to read about all the pain and problems that all of you have.
But I think in time I will be a better person for having the opportunity to share with you and receive from you information about this terrible life altering monster.
:-) Thank you to Sera Smiles, Chutz, Jewelrylady, Kitkat, Tyno3, pattipanda, Marlee2, songbird  2020 and all the others that read my post.
You have given me a wonderfull welcome.
I go to the Doctor today about my inability to take B12, so wish me luck.
I will go to a different Doctor next Tuesday, my bulging disk has had me almost completely housebound for 2 weeks with nonstop pain.  I hope they have therapy or exercise that will improve my quality of life.
My grandchildren and children don't understand why I miss ball games and other events.  I don't even try to explain anymore.

Well thank you for the Thank You!!!

I'm sure you'll start to feel better after you address the disk thing.. it will take a few uncomfortable visits, but it should help.

Thanks again!!

Hi, Peanutt, and welcome!  I have been popping in and out of the forum for a few days and missed you.  I guess it's better late than never!
I'm sorry you are having disc problems.  That is really very painful, but I don't have to tell you that!  shocked    I have suffered with back problems for much of my life but now I am better so I think, once you get the help you need, you will be better, too.
I remember going to softball and soccer games while having to use a cane because of my back.  I did manage to find a really comfortable fold-up chair and my husband used to carry that for me.  But, you'll get back to your spectator sports pretty soon.
I'm glad that you found us and joined in.  We have a wonderful group here that love to help one another plus we really do care about each other, too.  If you haven't already been directed to the Fibro 101 thread...the second thread on the forum...then I'm suggesting you check it out.  There are links to good info about fibro in that thread.  Meanwhile, don't hesitate to ask questions.  That's what we're here for.  Take care and let us know how your doctor's appointment goes.

Peanutt, I have to say I love your name.  It makes me smile.  I hope your doctors appointment goes well for you.  I did look up B12 allergies & it is very rare, so let's hope you don't have that but if you do there is some good work being done in desensitising the patient & reintroducing B12.

You will be back at your grndchildrens & childrens game before you know it.  Hang in there, be strong & have a very good day.  Hugs, Denise

Hey Peanut! I don't know if you will be a better person, because you sound just fine as you are :) but I do believe that you will be a better informed person and someone who has lots of caring and support from peers all over the world. I love to tell the story of how this forum kept me alive last July, but I bet people get tired of hearing it LOL So I will just say that this forum can be whatever you need it to be, and allow it to be. We will always be just what everyone needs- honest and supportive. Keep posting and letting us know how you are.
