Good morning all! I hope you are all having a wonderful Monday. :)

Kansas was blessed with some snowy weather this weekend. Some areas saw as much as 20 inches...we only recieved 6 inches.
Never the less - my wife, 3 year-old daughter, and I went out and made her first real snowman!!! We had a great snowball fight and made a variety of snow angels.

I definately paid for it that day and the next, but the giggles and smiles are WELL worth the pain.

Good for you!!  yeah

I live in an area that gets very little snow, so one snowy day I actually kept my daughter home from kindergarten so she could play in it and build a snowman (actually it was a snowwoman smilewinkgrin ).  It was only about a foot high, and we built it on top of the patio table, but the pictures and memories are priceless.

I'm glad you were able to enjoy the experience with your daughter.  :-)

It sounds like you had a wonderful time and made some great memories.  It's worth every ache and pain you have.  Besides, you know that will go away for you but the memories will remain with you and your family for a lifetime!

That sounds so fun. Wish some of the grandkids were close enough we could do some stuff like that.

And yeah ... more snow over the weekend. Enough already (Seattle area).
