Yes, and I hate it. I end up pushing him away saying I can't stand it. I just am thankful we had a heart to heart about it and he knows it's not him. Its my body acting up again. So we just hug.

yep, sometimes just simple touching makes you feel invaded, it annoys you, but you can't understand why, it just does. Then a few hours later its a different story...

I know that feeling. I've thought about putting a rope down the middle of our bed so he stays on his side at night. My feet didn't use to be touchy and DH would try and try to tickle them, nothing, now even when the dog touches my feet I jerk them away cause I can't stand it. It is a very strange feeling.

luv and hugs

Im glad to know that I am not crazy. Sometimes when some one touches me it is like getting a shock. Feels like a electric current starts where you are touched and goes through you,

This has been a battle for me. Hubby has a hard time cause he is a very touchy feely person, as am I when I can handle it. Now we have a scale that I use to let him, and other people in my life, know how I am feleing. This has helped him determine if it is ok to touch without asking or not. So far it has helped a lot, but it is still kinda depressing when I can't even handle being touched :(

No wonder I was so annoyed by me ex's touch when I was married. Yes, it is like nails on a chalk board.

A student touched my upper arm the other day, and I screamed!  I felt so bad because of the horrified look on his face that I started to cry.  I think I need to make a sandwich sigh that says "Touching Causes Pain"
