Hi LeeAnn.  I've lost about 6 pounds, but I'm holding steady there too.  I've been in a pretty bad flare lately, so I've kinda fallen off the wagon (and into the chocolate and pringles, lol).  At least I haven't gained it back yet. rolleyes

I've lost about 7 lbs total and have hit a rut. This is the way it's been for me for years, so I'm hoping I can get my likely thyroid problem fixed and start losing some real weight soon!

I gave up and decided to wait til the weather gets a little warmer. I kept slipping back to the comfy foods every time the temp would go down or it would be gloomy and raining. We woke up to snow this morning, how depressing. I think it will be easier when I can get out everyday instead of maybe one day a week. I tend to eat less in the summer.

I want to lose 20 lbs but mostly I have got to tone this flabby body. I am just grossed out over the way I look and don't even want DH to see me without clothes anymore.

I'm glad you guys have lost.

luv and hugs

I have been trying again lately & am still holding at a 6LB lose. I need to get back on the wagon because right now, with this flare, I feel like I've been tied up with a rope & am bing pulled behind the wagon. "Ouch!! that rock hurt, Ouch!!". I hope you are all doing fine. Hugs, Denise

I'm holding steady at 55kg. The Tramadol I'm on suppresses my appetite all day, but when it wears off around 9 pm I want to eat every disgusting thing in the house. Hopefully I can get over that soon...
I have Fibromyalgia, and nothing else!
I take Lyrica 225 mg/day and Tramadol (150mg time-released) and amytriptilene 7.5mg
