I am having a good day as far as the pain goes. Slept good (on Spring Break!!!). But I am tired - would love to go back to bed.

How do you deal with this urge to just lay down all the time? I am so tired - yawn!!

Well break time is over...I need to get back to cleaning.

Well, I think about going back to bed or taking a nap all the time but I never do it. Even when I have an opportunity I don't....why? I have no idea. I am always tired. I usually have a small burst of energy around 10 AM and then back to being exhausted. One weekend a few months ago I stayed in bed. I only got up to shower and eat. It was heaven. I noticed I felt pretty good that week too. Maybe that is what we all should try once in awhile. My break is over too.....:) Have a good day!
Take Care,

Renee

When I start to run down I grab a cup of hot tea and that perks me up quite quickly.

There is far less caffeine in a cup of tea than in a cup of coffee.  I have never had a problem.  I don't drink sodas with caffeine, etc.  Just my beloved tea.
