I just shaved my legs.  (I had laser hair removal and only have to do it about once a week).

ouch ouch ouch ouch.  my legs feel like there are red ants crawling all over them and stinging and it won't stop!!  shocked   I want to claw at my skin, but previous experience has shown that this only makes it worse.  I can barely sit or stand still.  It is horrible!  What can I do for this??

Sue...funny you should mention this!  I shaved my legs this morning and had to avoid the two huge bloody knots on my shins where I fell off my son's pool deck on Easter...and OWIE, OWIE!  Red ants and bee stings all at the same time.  I rubbed my legs with lavender oil and it helped a little.  Try some cream or hand lotion but make sure it doesn't have any alcohol in it!

Yes, lotion those legs up.  I found that if I use one of those three-bladed razors, it's easier on my skin and I don't get that antsy feeling.  I do lotion them when I'm done.

I use the gillete venus razors, which I find work really well, even though they are a little expensive.  Also, if you use shave gel instead of soap, that seems to help.  Afterwards, definitely use lotion.  I like using cocoa butter.

Use hair conditioner instead of shave gel - it is moisturizing and results in smooth, not red ants!
