Hi to everyone!  I have posted here for a while and I was wondering since more than just I have weigt loss issues, would anyone be interested in being my weight loss buddy?  I found a site online that I like, it is http://www.everydayhealth.com/members/account/login.aspx?showerror=You%20have%20successfully%20logged%20out.

It has a calorie counter and you can blog your struggles or hepful hints if you want to.  I just feel like I am in this alone and I would like a buddy to encourage and get encouragement from.

Anyway, I have had a couple of good pain less days, I think due to the increase of shocked   Flexeril to 3 at night, per Dr.'s orders.  I hope this trend continues.

Jules we had a weight loss thread going but it fizzled out. I have got to get off the sweets and get rid of some body fat, I swear I'm about 75% fat. Mine is mostly in my stomach and I can't stand to look at myself. I only need to loose about 20 lbs but I have got to find a way to tone up. For the first time in our lives I'm embarrassed for my DH to see me without clothes on.

I'm a little rushed this morning but I will checkout the site later.

luv and hugs

I checked the website, but looks like you need to register to poke around in it. I, too, need to lose some weight. Just about 10 pounds, though. I've been trying for a long time and cannot drop an ounce. Most of my fat is in the belly area too and I just want to flatten it up and tone and all that.

I would like an exercise buddy. I keep meaning to exercise tomorrow, but I haven't done it. I think I could do 10 minutes on a treadmill twice a day. Does that sound like too much for you? Maybe we could start a thread and post when we exercise and eat right for the day.

Hey great idea.  For me it will have to be exercise walk video I have, but 10 mins. twice a day doesn't seem like too much.  Sorry it took me so long to get back on, I am having some computer issues.

For me, I need to loose about 40 lbs!!!!!  Yeah it is BAD!  I also cannot stand to look at myself in the mirror, and cringe (sp?) when my hubby looks at me in that 'romantic way'!  Poor guy!  Jules

I am working on losing 70 lbs. (and have lost about 7 so far). I have gotten pretty good at the exercise thing, but am still working on eating better. I could definitely use a buddy or two myself!
