You seem to be doing all of the regular things already soooo you need a diversion. How about popping a funny movie in the recorder and grabbing some popcorn to enjoy during the movie. Ice cream helps, too!
Or, go through that box of family pictures you have been wanting to do. Seeing them will put a smile on your face and you might forget about your discomfort.
Or, think of a great topic you want to know more about and hit the Internet and learn a little about it.
It's these types of things I do when I'm really miserable. They don't take much physical effort but they do help to take your mind off your problems and put you in a better frame of mind. This, in turn, helps with the pain...at least for me! Feel better, Danielle!
Aww Danielle, I'm so sorry you're hurting so much. That deep burning pain just nags the you know what out of you. I don't know what to tell you to make you feel better. But just know I'm thinking about you and hope you feel some relief soon.

Danielle, doesn't everyone have a box of pictures to go through? I have TWO boxes of pictures to go through. I want to make individual albums for each of my three children but I never seem to find the time. BUT, I will do that next time I'm really miserable.
