Hi, I have fibromyalgia, my question is....Almost every time I go to do something I seem to get lightheaded and then get somewhat nauseated... like today i cleaned the kitchen, then made dinner for tonight of course after i rested a bit. Then all of a sudden I'm lightheaded and sick in my stomach and head... I had to lay down for at least 3 or 4 hours till I felt better. Is this normal with fibro??

Sounds more like low blood sugar or low blood pressure. You need to get to the doctor for a quick once over. Light headedness can be symptomatic of many different health problems and is nothing to mess with. I would call the doc.

I would have to agree with Jeannie. This is not normal to fibro and the best thing to do is have your doc find out what's doing it. Let us know what you find out...OK?
