Has anyone had any experience with Melatonin? I have been taking it for some time and have also had some weight gain that I can't explain. It occurred to me that Melatonin could be linked to it. Any thoughts on the subject? Thank you!

Hi Sera,

I know you're looking for personal experiences, which I don't have with melatonin, but I looked around online and have no definitive answer. Some articles said yes, others no. But the ones who said yes were by personal experience and the ones who said no were most often researchers. Go figure... I hope you get the information you're looking for.

I never put that together either. I was taking melatonine last year and I did gain weight. Mind you, I was not watching what I was eating either. I had a friend that told me her dad took it and gained lots. I no longer take it and I have lost the wieght.
