Well, ever so slowly, ever so tediously, I'm making my way back to me, from a horrendous ordeal. Short version; Cared for aging parents, locked inside mould infested house, both went downhill fast, I wasn't holding ground either. Three years of everybody but me. I do think I see the edge of a rainbow. Time to rearrange the furniture; then I can complain about how sore I am tomorrow. As the stress gradually subsides (as I distance myself from it), my physical pain is lessening. Funny about that, isn't it?

Thank-you all. It's tough sometimes for all of us  to keep the faith. Everyday. we wake to a new challenge. Some days we fight the good fight, others we hide under the comforter.

I sure hope it is the light at the end of the tunnel for you Tyno. Take care of yourself and your dad and let everyone else take care of themselves. You have done more than your part. It makes sense that stress causes pain cause it makes our muscles tighten and our muscles don't like to be messed with.
Yeah, you move that furniture around we can't have you feeling too good. devil I moved my family room around the other day and I have hard surface floor in here. I'm still not done but gotta wait for hubby to move some cabinets for me before I get it the way I want it. There is a bunch of do or die women on here that will keep doing these things to our bodies even though we know we will pay later.
luv and hugs

Dear Marlee 2. Well you nailed it mostly. I had a yard sale for the past four days, backed up by having everything listed on Kijiji. Interestingly, the lesson was, for me, that Kijiji got me 1 sale, I got me the rest. Sheer hard work. Raised the money to get my Dad's MRI on Wednesday, Gas money, an extra twenty and enough to pick up a few groceries which always makes me feel better. We have some healthy food in the house. Funny how being broke, makes you eat stuff you wouldn't touch, normally. I try to keep to a pretty steadt diet 1/3 Fruit +veg. !/3 dairy; 1/3 grains, with a bit of protein thrown in, like beans or soy or something of that ilk. Also nut butters. Tihini is nice. So, yeah. I'm feeling pretty good about myself right now. I had a problem, I got busy, I solved the problem. Life Skills 101. Love ya'll.
