I think all of us can sympathize with you totally! Once in a while we have a good time and decide that we can act like a "normal" person. Like last weekend I spent a couple of hours helping hubby outside by stacking firewood. It wasn't too bad because I had taken my meds before I went out...BUT, OMGoodness did I pay for days and days. The next day I tried to iron some fabric I was sewing and couldn't even press down on the darn iron. I'm still feeling the results in my right arm, shoulder and neck. So, at least you do have company. Moderation and consistency are best...easy to say and darn hard for me to do...lol
Hope you feel better in the morning!
