Still shoveling rocks.  I finally got it through my thick skull to pace myself.  So . . . when hubby got home and asked "why isn't it all done?" he got a withering stare.  (he was kidding).
I am sore, but it is not a flare up, just a little sore muscles.  I only took half a tramadol last night for a little extra pain.  Now doing 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off today.
Of course, sitting still makes me more stiff now than it did a couple of days ago.  Last night I kept dreaming that I went somewhere without  my cane and got stuck!  wink

Stuck without your cane! Oh, scarry.....stop!, your making me nervous. :-b

Sounds like a good 20 min routine ya got going. Your getting what you want done. That's great! Getting this pacing thing down is tough, huh? I know it is for me. I've gotten better at some but still learning.

Take care hun,

Sounds like your muscles are getting used to this work out!  I went through that last month with some heavy gardening, digging up shrubbery, transplanting things, etc.  I was sore, but I got a lot done and was thrilled I didn't go into a flare!  It sure feels great to look back at your accomplishment!  Sue, we just keep on keeping on, as Jeannie likes to say!

Where is Jeannie, anyway? I know she's been up to her eyeballs in family and cakes so best cut her some slack. We're going into full blown wedding season so I'm sure she's got more orders than she knows what to do with. <---very bad sentence structure. Chutzie is way too tired |-)

What was the topic now??? Oh, pacing yourself. I'm sure it works cause I hear it all the time, especially from hubby but not sure if I've tried it or not. May have to give it a go one day...
