Yes thank you.  Some aches and pains but that is usual.  How is your day going?

Yup-today was actually a pretty decent day since it's cooled way down-hooray for temps in the 70's!! Still a little achy, but I'm always a little achy so I barely noticed it.

I'm having a little bit of a flare, for some reason, and it made me a little slow getting started. But, on the plus side, I made my first batch of soap today and it turned out nice! Thanks for asking.

Its 3:24 am here in Oregon and I took my pain pills and went out and watered the lawn its going to hit over 90 today, I cant sleep(what ells is new) the pain in my right shoulder is so bad I could screeeeeeeeeemmmm, but that would wake up the cats and my wife and that would be a bad thing.I take morphene for bad pain and a few others for everyday pain but what it strange is that all these pills keep me from sleeping. If I dont take the morphene I might sleep about 2 hours a night, one time I stayd awake for 11 days REALLY!!, my doctor sayd that can make your body die a slow death. But when you have tried everything you say to your self Whats the use in trying.
Anyone have any great plans for this weekend, we are staying home there are just to many drunks out there... What is a key value;en-US,74 ?????? thats what is at the botom of this page. Thanks for reading and I will be back soon.
