I was just diagnosed a month ago and have done alot of research since. I've found some really great vitamins that work EXCELLENT for me. I don't know if maybe I have a mild case of fibro or if they really work but here is what I use:
For sleepless nights: melatonin
For tingling legs: calcium/magnesium/zinc combo in one pill - twice per day
For general well being: cod liver oil caps - twice per day

I had two very bad days in a row last month where I felt really tired, achey all over and just felt like crud. Since I've been taking the above supplements, I feel 95% better with my symptoms mostly gone.
The leg tingling was really bad at night and driving me crazy!
