Ed, have you tried a rubber hammer? That is a problem. You know, I had a neighbor who only needed 3 hours of sleep a night. She would go to bed at 3 AM and be up at 6 AM and led a fully life all day long! I wish I could do that. Just think of all you could get done.
For you, it's bad because of the pain. Be sure to check out the malic acid/magnesium supplement info in Fibro 101 and do have your vitamin D levels checked. These things helped me with pain and fatigue. Also, try the stretching exercises on Fibro 101. They are done sitting down and they really do help!
