Ugh. I am home nursing this shoulder. I need to whine and that is why I am posting. I have watched lots of movies and shows on the internet. Spoken to each of my young adult children and have just about driven my 17 year old crazy.

My home looks messier when I am in pain. I think the health department should come in and condemn it.

One would think I was getting a lot of writing projects done but I am not. Too frustrated. Maybe I should work on some free writes to loosen me up? Hah! I will know that I am trying to trick myself in to working. Besides, typing hurts my arm and shoulder.

So. HELP! This Donna is losing it.

Donnaeil, I play games on the computer, like Bridge, Spider Solitaire, etc.  I do genealogy and the time flies by!  I've checked out places in the world I have never seen but can see on the Net.  I always have a good book to read.  You really have to have things like this when  you are having a lot of pain.  I hope I gave you a little idea.

I play Mahjong and pinochle online daily , even when my shoulders are well. `I am an avid reader but I cannot seem to find any good books nowadays. So much o what is published is boring for me.

I do have an overactive inner life and I tend to think intensely all day long.

I know it is because I have accepted having fibro, anything else is annoying. Well, some days I am not so accepting.

I am angry with myself for not getting what needs to be competed, done. I can be pretty hard on myself.

Noklu, I am so sorry your shoulders have been hurting. How do you sleep? I have meds that help me pass out at night. lol. I hope things ease up for you soon.

My greatest problem is that my work requires creativity and that makes it hard to adhere to a schedule.

So, basically I am being too hard on myself and not doing as much as I should.
