I am so tired ... I am in the process of bringing stuff from the upstairs storage unit down to my  apartment to pack up.

Why do I have to do this? you might be asking ...

well, the moving company is contracted for the specific apartments and refuses to take things out of the storage units!!!

Thats gotta be rough.... I have a hard enough time doing the grocery shopping much less moving a bunch of boxes up and down stairs...

I guess the hot bath will come into effect. I could find some choice words for the moving company..lol

I would say that would be considered a workout. turn It took me 6 mos to go through everything and packup our big old house we had lived in for 11 yrs. Then we had to move into a rental for 8 mos while our house was being built but I only unpacked what we had to have for those 8 mos.

Good luck with the move.

We moved last year and did it all ourselves expect for the little help I got from one of my friends.
Mitch figured we could do it all ourselves, which we did and I paid for it for what seemed like weeks. I thought that flare I had would never go away. It did and we live in a wonderful home but I hope and prayer I never have to do it again.

Every 45 minutes is the equivalent of a workout. Keep thinking that.

You will pass out and might even have a flare after this is all over. Plan for a long rest. Take care.

Actually, I'd rather do a workout or two, it would be easier!

We moved 2mos ago. I had a nasty flare after wards. Prepare to rest when it's all done.

I think the adrenaline keeps us going when we have to do something like that then when it is over we crash. We have only lived here for a little over four years but the fibro has gotten a lot worse in the past couple of years so if I move again I better have a years notice. smilewinkgrin
