cry   cry cry I can't get on here much now, work is sure pickin' up.  But I just wanted a cyber space shoulder to cry on. cry

Yesterday, I was reaching into my washing machine to loosen up a tank top that got tied up on the bottom of the agitator, and now I can barely sit in my work chair, let alone walking is very painful.  I took a pain pill this a.m. but it is really bad right now.  I felt it when it happened, just thought I pulled a little, but I could barely walk it hurt so bad.

My daughter moved out this weekend, but I didn't not pick up/carry anything, except for maybe a pillow.  But there is no elevator at her place and I had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs, at least twice.  The drive wasn't to bad, she didn't move too far.  Anyways I don't know if that could of help trigger my back/hip.  I haven't used my cane in weeks, but I felt the need earlier in the day yesterday at the market b/4 the washing machine incident. sad

My noise sensitivity level is high this morning too. sad

Well I just needed to share/cry a little.

Thanx,

Lori

The stretch to reach the tank top probably caused the pain you are having.  I'm short.  I keep shrinking.  I'm now 5'1 1/2" tall.  I have to stand on my toes to reach the bottom of my washing machine.  When things are caught around the agitator, that makes things worse.

I'm sorry you are having this pain but, if it truly is caused by the stretching, you should start to feel better in a couple of days.  I hope you start to feel better soon.

I'm sorry your hurting so badly Lori (((HUG)))  It's bad enough when your at home and can move around to find a comfy position but stuck in an office chair has to be soooo hard. It takes so little to make our muscles hurt. I would still be trying to get up the four flights of stairs ONCE, I can't do stairs or my back is screaming very loudly at me.

Take a nice warm bath when you get home and I hope it is better tomorrow.

luv and hugs
Marlee
