FMS and CFS as disability in the workplace

    ...has anyone discussed accomodations in the workplace with Human resources dept.?  Since CFS and FMS are chronic I would think they would qualify under American with Disabilities Act....????

I worked in a very small and informal office. No HR Dept. But when I explained why some mornings I just can't get it in gear to be there by 9:00 a.m. sharp, they were very understanding and told me to not worry about it and just get there when I can. I know that doesn't exactly answer your question. But I did have that concession from my employer for fibro.
