Does anyone or has anyone tried D-Ribose, and if so what do you think?

I found that it works a little for pain. I just can't afford it right now.
DX fibromyalgia 2007, osteoarthritis, obsessive-compulsive disorder OCD, depression, anxiety, sleep apnea, hysterectomy.

fluoxetine (prozac), abilify, trazodone, lorazepam, prilosec, nabumetone, hydrocodone, c-pap machine.

I was told to try this by my rheumy- Corvalen I think it's called. I tried it for a week or so and didn't feel a difference. Maybe I didn't do it long enough; I'm not sure...?
