We have all had good and bad days during our Fibro days. I always try and remain upbeat and push through my pain. Yesterday was the worse day yet. I am sure that it will make for a long weekend but hopefully I can find my center again.
Whenever we have a bad day we have to remember it is just a day.....somehow I hope it is just that...only a day, and Monday the sun will rise again as brightly as ever.

I am sorry you had the worse day ever yesterday, Jokat. Sounds like you have the right attitude. If we wallow in despair, it only gets worse. Be sure to take care of yourself today; take it easy and be kind to yourself. It should get better.

I am sorry you had such a rotten day, but as Sue said you definitely have a good attitude about things. Sometimes hoping for a better tomorrow is all that we can do.

I do hope today's going better for you!

YOu are absolutely right. We have to remember that it is just one day and things can get better. Sometimes it is longer than one day but relief will come, even if we have fibromyalgia.

Hmm see if I can remember an old saying

Any day is a good day if you're not ten feet under.

Jokat it must have been bad cause you never complain. I hope it is all better today. That's the one good thing about fibro, it is different from day to day or even hour to hour so we do get a break sometimes.

luv and hugs

Thank you everyone....got better each day. Sometimes it does not matter how you carry the load....it is still a large load to carry.
I am 100% better today.
