I'm not fairing out too bad. I drank a pint of water for every bottle of beer had. Over the course of the night i drank five beers and five pints of water. so surprisingly i'm not too bad at all. Just tired and enough of a reminder as to why i don't drink much any more. I was in bed by 12.30 and slept well.
Have bad pains in my wrists and shoulder. I bought my husband a nintento wii fit, it's so much fun but part of my pains are from that. we had tonnes of fun doing sports in virtual reality, less fun than the real thing but at least i got to participate.
Thanks for the advice guys, plenty of water, camomile tea and oatcakes, with a side of vitamin C and millk thistle.
