I suffer from high blood pressure but only now and then as my Doctor tells me she can not give me anything for it because this morning I may have high blood pressure but this afternoon it may be low she puts it down to the Fibro as before I got it my blood pressure was always110/70 and now it can go up to 165/120 and be back to normal half an hour later losing the weight made no differencea at all. Now this is only me if a Doctor tells you need medication we need to take it.

You do have an option not to take a drug even if you are in another country, it's called "Free will."

My BP goes up to when I'm in pain. Doctors here get uptight when my BP is 150/90. My normal BP is 110/70
