Been training last week and today. Training has been going pretty good. Sometimes I wonder about getting exhausted and pain and all that, but remember: just because the diagnosis is new, the fibro isn't. I've had it for at least a few years and have been functioning fine. In fact, the diagnosis and pain management treatment has taught me more about how to function, so that is good too.

I will be there all day tomorrow training and other stuff. That is good because tomorrow is another smart day here. Smart day: pge charges you extra if you use your power between 2 and 7 (the hottest time of the day).
